Refund Window

Services / products purchased from Munsow can be refunded within 7 days of the purchase date.

Initiating Cancellation Policy

To initiate cancellation and refund, please send an email to admin@munsow.com detailing your order number, the reason for the cancellation, and any other pertinent information. Our support team will guide you through the next steps.

Refund Processing Time

Once a cancellation request has been processed and approved, please allow 15 days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.
